License Agreement
This license applies to Pethesya LINK provided by 佩友科技（深圳）有限责任公司. Please read it before using the app. It covers the software; product sales, after-sales service and statutory consumer rights apply separately.
This license applies to official Android copies obtained through Google Play, Tencent MyApp or another channel we authorize. The app provider and the party responsible for this license is 佩友科技（深圳）有限责任公司. Store download, update and payment rules apply to the relevant store separately and do not reduce your statutory rights or replace our responsibilities.
1. Permission to use the software
We grant you a non-exclusive license to install and use an official copy of Pethesya LINK on Android devices you own or lawfully control, to manage compatible devices. The software is licensed, and its copyright is not transferred. Availability of a website page does not mean that the app is listed in a particular store.
2. Lawful use
Use the app only with devices you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with another person’s devices or use the app to infringe rights or break the law.
Unless applicable law or a separate license permits it, do not redistribute, sell, sublicense or modify the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it. This does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable rights to study the software or achieve interoperability.
3. Your images, videos and other content
You retain the rights to content you choose. Please use content you are entitled to use and respect other people’s privacy. Choosing a file permits the local processing and device transfer needed for the operation you request; it does not grant us ownership or permission to publish it, advertise with it or use it for model training.
Keep copies of content you need. Check the on-screen scope before deleting content, unlinking a device or resetting it. These operations have different effects; removing the app does not erase content on the physical device.
4. Permissions and device access
Device operations depend on compatible hardware, Bluetooth permissions and your current authorization. You can manage permissions in Android settings. Revoking a permission can stop the related function; it does not itself unlink a device or erase its content. The Privacy Policy and Data Use Summary explain information handling separately; this license is not consent to additional data processing.
5. Versions, maintenance and ending use
Use official distribution channels and check the applicable version information. Compatibility and available features depend on the app version, Android version and device. Interruptions or errors can occur; contact support if an operation fails. Specific commitments and remedies required by law remain applicable.
You may stop using and uninstall the app. Before doing so, complete any device operations you want to carry out and keep any needed files. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove local records and access credentials; recovery depends on the device’s current state and available credentials.
6. Third-party software and services
Open-source components and fonts remain subject to their respective licenses. This agreement does not restrict rights granted by those licenses. External websites, Android system features and any store you use have their own applicable rules; they do not replace our responsibilities for this app.
7. Responsibility and your rights
Responsibility is determined under applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or applicable consumer rights to quality, repair, replacement, refund or compensation. No provision requires you to waive a statutory right or accept a fixed compensation cap.
8. Changes and questions
The update date appears on this page. Material changes to your rights or obligations require appropriate notice and, where legally required, separate agreement before applying. Merely updating this page does not retroactively change your rights.
For license questions or a dispute, you may contact us first. You remain free to seek remedies before a court or competent authority with jurisdiction. No language version overrides mandatory protections that apply to you.
