App Store copies of Pethesya LINK for iOS use Apple’s Standard EULA. These additional LINK use and information-handling notes are provided by 佩友科技（深圳）有限责任公司. They do not replace that EULA. Product sales, after-sales service and statutory consumer rights apply separately.
The app provider is 佩友科技（深圳）有限责任公司. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to App Store copies; Apple’s applicable testing terms also govern TestFlight use. These LINK notes do not reduce your statutory rights or replace our responsibilities.

1. Permission to use the software
Use App Store copies under Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable usage rules. Software copyright is not transferred.
2. Lawful use
Use the app only with devices you are authorized to manage. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with another person’s devices or use the app to infringe rights or break the law.
Unless applicable law or a separate license permits it, do not redistribute, sell, sublicense or modify the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it. This does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable rights to study the software or achieve interoperability.
3. Your images, videos and other content
You retain the rights to content you choose. Please use content you are entitled to use and respect other people’s privacy. Choosing a file permits the local processing and device transfer needed for the operation you request; it does not grant us ownership or permission to publish it, advertise with it or use it for model training.
Keep copies of content you need. Check the on-screen scope before deleting content, unlinking a device or resetting it. These operations have different effects; removing the app does not erase content on the physical device.
4. Permissions and device access
Device operations depend on compatible hardware, Bluetooth permission and current authorization. Manage permissions in iOS settings. Revoking permission affects the related functions but does not unlink or clear the device. Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy and Data Use Summary; these notes are not consent to additional processing.
5. Versions, maintenance and ending use
Obtain the app through official channels and check applicable version information. Compatibility and available features depend on the app, iOS and device versions. Operations can be interrupted or fail; contact support for help. Applicable commitments and legal remedies remain effective.
You can stop using the app at any time. Finish any device operations and keep files you need first. Delete App removes local app files; Offload App keeps documents and data. Keychain credentials may remain. Neither clears the physical device or completes unlinking. Restoring management depends on available credentials and the current linking state.
6. Third-party software and services
Open-source components and fonts use their respective licenses, whose rights remain available. External websites, Apple system functions, the App Store and TestFlight have their own applicable rules. They do not replace our responsibilities for this app.
7. Responsibility and your rights
Mandatory legal and consumer protections remain effective. Restrictions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes and questions
This page shows the date of these product notes. Important changes to information handling or your rights are explained appropriately, and consent is sought separately where legally required. Updating this page does not retroactively change your existing rights or replace Apple’s Standard EULA.
Contact us about use or licensing questions. You can still seek remedies through a competent court or authority. No language version excludes mandatory protections that apply to you.
