These terms cover website content and the interactive demo at pethesya.com and www.pethesya.com. They do not replace the Pethesya LINK app’s software license, sales contracts, product instructions or after-sales policies. You can read the website without registering.

We will provide a separate notice and request explicit consent where legally required. Merely browsing does not imply additional authorization or a waiver of statutory rights.

2. The demo and product information

The device and phone interfaces illustrate how controls work. Simulated connections, uploads, lighting changes and firmware updates do not control physical devices or create real accounts. See the Website Privacy Policy for how files you choose are handled.

Product models, renderings and scenes that include AI-generated or synthetic content illustrate appearance and use. Perceived screen output, color, brightness and size vary with your display, environment and the way an image was produced. Scene imagery is not a real customer testimonial, performance test or test report.

Read product features and specifications together with their adjacent explanations, applicable conditions, official product information and relevant versions. Website content does not diminish specific commitments made at sale or statutory consumer rights.

3. Acceptable use and content rights

You may browse to learn about our products, share page links and quote content as permitted by law. Do not disrupt the website, bypass access restrictions, make malicious requests or use it to infringe others’ rights.

Please ensure you have the right to use files you choose for the demo, and avoid including other people’s sensitive information. Trying files locally does not transfer ownership to us or require you to grant a license for public distribution or model training.

Legally protected text, designs, marks and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Copying, adapting or using them commercially beyond what the law permits requires permission. Third-party brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Compatibility descriptions do not imply a co-branding, sponsorship or licensing relationship.

Website registration lookup links and other external links open third-party websites whose own rules and privacy notices apply. Please check the destination and any transaction details.

Download or purchase buttons without an active link do not indicate that an app or product is available, can be ordered or is listed in a store. If store or purchase links are provided in future, regional availability, prices, delivery and after-sales conditions will be governed by the actual sales page and transaction terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

We maintain and correct website content, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network or device issues. The demo may differ from the current product version. Please contact us if you notice an error or an access problem.
